Welcome
You are welcome here.

We are thrilled to welcome you to St. John’s, where we strive to live out Jesus’ call to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. These two greatest commandments guide every part of who we are—shaping our worship, fellowship, and outreach as we seek to share God’s boundless love in our lives and community.
As Episcopalians, we are a people of prayer, action, and reflection, rooted in the Anglican tradition while embracing the ever-present work of the Spirit in today’s world. We believe our mission—to love God, our neighbors, and ourselves—calls us to a life of service, compassion, and mutual respect. Whether through meaningful worship, genuine connections, or service to others, we strive to be a community where everyone can belong and grow.
Wherever you are on your journey—whether searching for a spiritual home, exploring faith, or looking for a place to connect—you are welcome here. Come as you are and join us as we walk together in love, learning what it means to be God’s people in this time and place.
The Baptismal Covenant
Will you continue in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of the bread, and in the prayers?
Will you persevere in resisting evil, and, whenever you fall into sin, repent and return to the Lord?
Will you proclaim by word and example the Good News of God in Christ?
Will you seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving your neighbor as yourself?
Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?
I will, with God’s help.
Our Mission
Love God.
Love Neighbors.
Love Yourself.

Love God
There are so many ways to express our love for God—whether it’s enjoying the beauty of nature, finding peace in quiet reflection, or diving into scripture from the comfort of your sofa. One of the best ways to ground our faith and deepen our love for God is by coming together for weekly worship. After all, how we pray shapes what we believe.

Love Neighbors
At St. John’s we love our neighbors in a variety of ways. From partnering with local outreach organizations, to providing monthly Rice & Beans to people in our community, and even to taking care of one another when we are sick, lonely, or homebound.

Love Yourself
To truly love God and our neighbors, we must also nurture a healthy love for ourselves. Participating in worship, formation opportunities, and fellowship gatherings helps us reconnect with our inherent worth and dignity as beloved children of God. These moments of connection and growth remind us of who we are and the deep value we bring to the world so that we can share the love of God with all we encounter.
