Little Saints Children’s Chapel is a joyful, hands-on space where children (ages 4–10) experience the beauty of Episcopal/Anglican liturgy in a way that is engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate. Designed to take place during the homily portion of our Rite II, Holy Eucharist at the 10:30 AM service, this special time helps children connect with worship in a meaningful way.
Each Sunday, children are guided by dedicated volunteers (both adults and teens) along with a clergy person, creating a welcoming and faith-filled community. Together, they embark on a worship experience that mirrors elements of the main service in a format designed just for them.
What Happens in Little Saints?
- Joyfully process from the sanctuary to the Children’s Chapel during the Sequence Hymn
- Exchange a warm greeting
- Sing the Doxology
- Hear the Gospel reading in child-friendly language
- Listen to a short, age-appropriate homily and engage in a craft or activity
- Recite the Children’s Creed
- Sing a song led by our youth ministry’s children’s leader, Lucy
Through music, storytelling, and hands-on activities, Little Saints Children’s Chapel nurtures young hearts in faith, helping them grow in their understanding of God’s love and the rhythm of our worship.
We welcome all children to join us for this special time of learning, laughter, and liturgical wonder!
